Sisu is a uniquely Finnish concept — stoic determination, grit, resilience, and unwavering courage in the face of adversity. Rooted in the word sisus, meaning "inside" or "inner", it represents the strength required to push beyond your perceived limits when all odds are against you.
We chose this name because we believe that taking care of yourself is not indulgence — it is how you show up stronger, for yourself and for everyone around you.
