These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Sisu Society website (sisusociety.com.au) and the booking and receipt of treatments and services provided by DP Radice Pty Ltd ABN 86 696 598 651, trading as Sisu Society, located in Hazelwood Park, South Australia.
By booking an appointment, attending our studio, purchasing a membership or gift voucher, or using our website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
Appointments can be made online via our booking platform (Fresha), by phone, email or in person. A consultation may be required before certain treatments to determine suitability.
By completing a booking, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older, or are accompanied by a parent or legal guardian if under 18.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a booking at our discretion, including where a treatment is considered unsafe or unsuitable for a client based on their health information or circumstances.
We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, missed appointments (no-shows), or appointments where you arrive too late to receive your treatment may incur the following:
We understand emergencies happen and reserve the right to waive fees at our discretion.
Please arrive on time. Clients arriving late may have their treatment shortened to avoid delaying other appointments. Full treatment fees will still apply.
If you are significantly late, we may need to reschedule your appointment.
Certain treatments require a booking deposit. Deposits are non-refundable but are transferable if appointments are rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice.

This also includes, but is not limited to, active skin conditions, infections, open wounds, or rashes in the treatment area, blood-thinning medications or recent surgical procedures, history of keloid scarring, epilepsy, or photosensitivity, use of prescription retinoids or recent chemical peels, and contraindications specific to laser, radiofrequency, or needling treatments.
Failure to disclose relevant information may affect treatment outcomes and may result in treatment being modified, declined, or cancelled. We accept no liability for adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed health conditions.
We reserve the right to decline or modify a treatment if we believe it is unsafe to proceed based on the information provided or observed during your consultation.
Laser treatments require strict adherence to pre- and post-care instructions. Clients must:

Membership cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and will be processed according to the agreed membership terms.
All prices are displayed on our website and booking platform. Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD). Sisu Society is not currently registered for GST; prices shown are inclusive of all applicable charges unless otherwise stated.
Payment is due at the time of your appointment unless otherwise arranged. We accept major credit and debit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.
Prices are subject to change without notice. Treatment prices at the time of booking will be honoured unless otherwise advised.

If you are dissatisfied with your experience, please contact us within 48 hours so we can address your concerns. Refunds for prepaid appointments that are cancelled by Sisu Society will be provided in full.
Nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase in accordance with South Australian consumer law. Vouchers may be used toward any treatment or service available at Sisu Society at the time of redemption.
Gift vouchers are non-refundable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and must be presented at the time of appointment. Lost or stolen vouchers may not be replaced. Vouchers may not be used in conjunction with other promotions unless stated.
Clinical photographs may be taken to monitor treatment progress. We may also photograph or record within our studio for marketing purposes. With your written consent, photographs may be used for educational or marketing purposes. You may withdraw this consent at any time.
If you do not wish to be photographed, please advise us prior to or upon arrival. We will never publish identifiable images of clients without their explicit consent.
You are welcome to share your own images on social media. We ask that you tag us at @sisusociety_adl and avoid photographing other clients without their consent.
For safety reasons, we ask that children not accompany clients into treatment rooms unless they are receiving treatment.
Clients are responsible for their personal belongings. We accept no responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged items.
We are committed to providing a calm, professional, respectful and welcoming environment for all clients and staff. Aggressive, abusive, threatening or inappropriate behaviour towards staff or other clients will not be tolerated and may result in refusal of service.
Please arrive on time for your appointment. We ask that mobile phones be placed on silent during your visit.
Your personal information is collected and stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Australian privacy legislation. Information is used solely for providing treatment, communication, bookings and legal obligations.
While every effort is made to provide safe, professional treatments, all cosmetic and wellness treatments carry some degree of risk. By proceeding with treatment, you acknowledge these risks.
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, DP Radice Pty Ltd will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of our services or website. Our liability for any claim relating to a treatment provided is limited to the amount paid for that specific treatment.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Our website is provided for informational and booking purposes. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of information on this website. Treatment descriptions are general in nature; individual results may vary.
